On matters of conformity

After being introduced to the world of insurance, Lisa made the decision to commit to what she saw as an exciting industry. All was going well during her onboarding process until she learned of her failed personality test. 

Receiving high scores except for one section, she was horrified to learn that the low-scoring personality trait was labeled, ‘integrity’. 

While the company was not concerned, a year of personal torment went by before she learned the test had been titled incorrectly  – the company updated it from Integrity to ‘conformity’, which made perfect sense. The fraudulent test suddenly became incredibly accurate!
